We understand it's now more important than ever to be able to service your clients via Telehealth so we have created Telehealth - coreplus' own integrated solution for Telehealth!

Adding the Telehealth by coreplus Add On allows you to:

  • Deliver telehealth consults to your clients

  • Launch the consult directly from the coreplus appointment.

  • Add it to your Client Portal so clients can book themselves in for a telehealth consult

💡 Before you get started, you might want to create a specific Telehealth Appointment Type. This will help your reports to reflect your practitioner's appointments correctly for face to face appointments vs online consultations!


Enabling Telehealth by coreplus

1. Navigate to Setup > Add Ons and then click on Telehealth by coreplus

2. Select the Enable button, accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box and click Accept Charges, Terms and Conditions.

💎 Optional: Add your logo to telehealth appointments by selecting Upload a custom logo, then click or drag thed file to upload.

3. Choose a Telehealth colour theme: Light or Dark. Examples of the light and dark colour themes are shown below.

4. Select the Telehealth appointment types you wish to enable Telehealth and click Save.

Now that you have enabled your Telehealth by coreplus add on, please proceed with the below steps:


1. Adjust your appointment reminders to facilitate Telehealth workflows for your clients
2. Create and launch Telehealth by coreplus
