Before scheduling SMS or email reminders, you may want to:
Scheduling SMS reminders
1. To edit default settings for appointment reminders, navigate to Calendar from the Dashboard. From the calendar view, click the More option at top right-hand corner and then click Settings
2. Now choose the Defaults tab - from here, you can choose the default setting for SMS Reminder. Click Save Settings to save your actions
💡 Changing the default setting to ‘Yes’ will only add SMS reminders to appointments created after the default SMS settings were changed.
💡 To add SMS reminders to appointments created before the SMS settings were changed enable the Master Setting for SMS in Interface Settings
Scheduling email reminders
Email reminders are scheduled through the same workflow as step 3 above. In the Edit Appointment page, tick the check box next to ‘Email reminder to client’ (under Reminders) to schedule an email reminder and then click Save
