Schedule automated appointment reminders to be sent to your clients

📝 Before scheduling SMS or email reminders, you may want to:

Scheduling SMS reminders

To edit the default settings for SMS appointment reminders:

1. From the Calendar click the More option in the top right-hand corner then click Settings

2. Click the Defaults tab and then from here, you can choose the default setting for your SMS Reminders.
3. Click Save Settings to save your actions


💡 Changing the default setting to Yes will only add SMS reminders to appointments created after the default SMS settings were changed. 

💡 To add SMS reminders to appointments created before the SMS settings were changed enable the Master Setting for SMS in Interface Settings


Scheduling email reminders

To edit the default settings for Email appointment reminders:

1. From the Calendar click the More option in the top right-hand corner then click Settings

2. Click the Defaults tab and then from here, you can choose the default setting for your Email Reminders.

3. Click Save Settings to save your actions

💡 You can also adjust these settings on an individual basis from inside the Edit Appointment window (See screenshot below)
