Sending an SMS reminder to your clients prior to their appointment can reduce no-shows and cancellations within your practice. We provide you with a default template that you can customize to fit your workplace!

Setting up an SMS Template

  1. From the Dashboard, click Setup > Settings > SMS Reminder Template

Place Holders

When creating your template you have the option to use Placeholders.

Placeholders populate applicable content that is listed in the appointment details into the SMS reminder.

As an example, if you were to use the &location& placeholder, the location of that specific appointment will populate within the SMS reminder in place of the placeholder.

Time Frame

You can then select the time frame in which the SMS reminder will be sent to the client.

Once you've finished setting your SMS reminder template up, click Save Template
