You may have a practitioner call in sick, have an unexpected emergency, and need to close the practice for a day or let all clients know of a change of location. You can send a bulk SMS to all clients with appointments on a particular day.
Please follow the below steps to SMS all clients with an appointment on a particular calendar day:
1. From the dashboard, click Communication > Send SMS
2. Click the orange + Sign next to the To field, then Calendar
3. Put in the date you want to contact > Then click on each client that appears in the list
4. Click Done
5. Write out your message in the text field and then click Send Message
💡 When selecting the date, It may take a few moments to populate the list of names and contact numbers
