Schedule an SMS or email reminder for your client's appointment

Updated over 3 months ago

You can schedule both SMS and email reminders for appointments in coreplus. At times, clients have two recipients for the reminders, in those cases, you can send the SMS reminder to one recipient and the email reminder to the other.

πŸ“ Before scheduling SMS or email reminders, you may want to:
Set up your SMS or Email appointment reminder templates

πŸ’Ž By default the SMS Appointment Reminder to the client will show in the timezone of the practitioner. If you would prefer the time sent to be in the client's timezone, reach out to support via Live Chat or email us at support@coreplus.com.au and we can enable this feature for you.

πŸ’‘ Make sure to enable the Send appointment reminders in clients' timezone option in the interface settings so that the reminders state the appointment time in the client's timezone
