πŸ”§ Update to coreplus application infrastructure - Monday 17th of Jan, 9 AM AEDT

From 9:00 AM AEDT on Monday the 17th of January coreplus’s internal technical team will be making an update to the application infrastructure.
We will endeavour to minimise the impact on our customer community.
There is no expectation of downtime resulting from these changes, but in the unlikely event of any issues, the entire team will be on stand-by to act on matters as the top priority.

πŸ˜€ Referrering Clinic Name is now part of the letter placeholder dropdown list

A clinic name associated with the nominated referrer can now be inserted as a placeholder when generating a letter so that this information is easily accessible.

πŸ˜€ Adjusted wording of the vaccination status options
When selecting a vaccination status, "Fully", "Partially", "Medical Exempt", and "Unvaccinated" are now renamed to "Fully vaccinated", "Single-Dose", "Medically exempt", "Unvaccinated", and "Undisclosed" to easily make the distinction.

πŸ˜€ Client's Medicare Card Number and Expiry can now be set as Mandatory Fields

You now have the option to set the client's Medicare card number and expiry as a mandatory field when creating a client profile to ensure this information is captured.

πŸ˜€ Addition of Time Picker in Admin Notes

When creating an Admin Note, you now have the option to include the time to know when it was created or needs action.

πŸ˜€ Downloaded PDF Invoices now contains the invoice number and date in the filename

The downloaded client's PDF invoice now contains the invoice number and date in the filename so that they are easier to track and prevent sending the wrong invoices to clients.
πŸ› Waiting list bug now resolved

A bug has now been fixed which impacted the last row to be selected when selecting the first-row item in the waiting list, resulting in the wrong client being deleted from the waitlist

πŸ› When rescheduling an appointment, the practitioner will now receive a reminder of the rescheduled appointment date and time instead of the original schedule

A bug is now resolved that caused the original appointment schedule to continue to display in the notification window which caused confusion.
