Schedule Phone Support:
We know you are time poor. Scheduled phone support means no hold time, no waiting for call backs or being stuck in our call queue.
The scheduled phone support will be available Monday to Friday during business hours and you will be able to book the day and time that suits you via this link: Support Portal. You can book a support session with the team that lasts from 15 min up to 1 hour providing you with the time you need to go through your questions.
Once booked, a member of the team will call you at your nominated time.
The Support Portal will ask you to provide a short description of you enquiry, allowing the Support Team to pre-investigate your enquiry quicker and more efficiently.
Please note that you will have to enter a mobile phone number to complete the booking. Should you wish for us to contact you on a landline please enter this information into the comment section.
Of course, we know that sometimes urgent things come up. In these cases you can continue to let us know your best contact number via chat or email and we will contact you as soon as possible.
