It is likely that you may need to generate a repair form for your clients if they break their devices.

This can be generated from within the clients file!

Follow the steps below to Create a Repair Form:

1. Go to Client File > Hearing Services

2. Select Fitting Details

3. Select the Three Dots under Actions next to the applicable device

4. Click Create Repair Form

5. Fill out the form details as needed

6. Once completed click Download
​7. Once downloaded you can print out as a pdf or email to the client
