Create a quote for items and devices to send to your client

Once a client has completed their assessment and is eligible to receive any items or devices, you will need to generate a quote for them.

You can now complete this internally within coreplus!


Follow the steps below to Create a Quote:

1. Go to Client File > Hearing Services

2. Select Create Quote

3. Fill out the quote form with the required details (ie. Date, Location, Practitioner, Service Type (Items and Devices)

4. Add in the Maintenance Agreement information if applicable

5. Click Save

6. Once Saved you will then see the quote in the Quote History

7. If needed you can then select Action to either Print, Delete, Mark as approved or Edit the quote.

πŸ’‘ A Location must be selected, that has Provider Numbers entered, before you will be able to select Practitioner

πŸ’‘ You can view all previous quotes for that client under Quotes on the same page.

πŸ’‘ The format of the quote is prescribed by the Hearing Services Program and therefore format customisation is not available.
