It is likely that once your client accepts the quote and has scheduled in the fitting, they will enter in to a Maintenance Agreement.
This can be generated from within the clients file!
Follow the steps below to Create a Maintenance Agreement:
1. Go to Client File > Hearing Services
2. Select Generate Forms
3. Select Maintenance Agreement
4. Fill out the Maintenance Agreement with the required details using the Form Builder.
5. Once completed click Download
6. Once downloaded, you can print the form from your computer to have the client sign.
π‘ The format of the Maintenance Agreement is prescribed by the Hearing Services Program and therefore format customisation is not available.
Updated Default Maintenance Agreement
Recently Hearing Services Australia updated the wording Default Maintenance Agreement.

For uses that have already set up their Maintenance Agreement they can follow the steps below to restore the updated version
From the Dashboard go to Hearing Services > HSP Defaults
Select Maintenance Agreements
Click Restore Default > Yes

The new default will be the required updated Maintenance Agreement
