You can now store your client's device details in their client file for easy access, quick and easy reference and adjust them at any time!
Adding a Supplier
You are able to add and manage a list of Device Suppliers in coreplus to prevent you from having to re-enter the information each time you are filling out a fitting or repair form.
From the Dashboard go to Hearing Services > Device Supplier
Click Add Supplier
Fill in the relevant information and click Save

π‘ You can now select from these pre-saved Suppliers in the step below.

Adding new Fitting Details
1. Go to Clients > Clients File
2. Click Hearing Services > Fitting Details
3. Click Add Fitting
4. Fill out the relevant information
5. Click Save
βπ‘ To access your list of Suppliers click on Supplier when entering the Fitting Details and a drop down of all entered suppliers will appear.
Editing/Updating existing details
1. Go to Clients > Clients File
2. Click Hearing Services > Fitting Details
3. Click on the Edit/Pencil icon, next to the relevant device
4. Update the relevant information
5. Click Update/Save
