The Hearing Service Program voucher number will be provider to the client at the time of registering. This voucher will be valid for 5 years, at which point, it will be open to renewal for a subsequent 5 years.
This number can be stored against a clients file in coreplus
💡 The validation format for a HSP Voucher is 9 numbers, 1 capital Alphabet, Hyphen, 8numbers e.g. 123456789A-12345678
Please follow the steps below to Add a HSP Voucher Number to a client file:
1. Go to Clients > Details/Referrers
2. Under Medical Demographics enter the HSP Voucher Number
3. Select Update Client
