Can I access coreplus on my phone or tablet?

Yes, coreplus operates on a web browser, so while we don't currently have an app that you can download for your phone or tablet, you can log in via the browser on your device.
We recommend using your phone/tablet in landscape mode when accessing coreplus via the browser.



Can I have a Multi-Factor Authentication enabled on my coreplus account?

Yes, From Dashboard> Setup >Settings >Interface Settings > Two-Factor Authentication > Enable.

This adds an extra layer of security to your coreplus account, by requiring not only a password and username but also a code that is sent to the users' mobile device. This ensures that the only people who can access your account are you and your users!

How do I cancel my coreplus account?

What are the system requirements to run coreplus?

coreplus will function on most modern PCs, phones, tablets, etc.

However, a decent internet connection and a machine capable of handling moderate to heavy internet browsing would improve the experience.

An okay CPU with at least 8GB ram would be a good starting point and an internet speed of 48-50Mbps is highly suggested.
​


What are the Security and Privacy measures taken by coreplus?

At coreplus, we take the security of your data seriously. We understand that as a health practitioner, there are compliance and regulation guidelines that you must adhere to which is why we take every effort to ensure that our software is reliable and secure.

coreplus is hosted by AC3 networks - the same as the big four banks in Australia.
