Telehealth by coreplus allows you to hold a session with 3 participants at the same time. This is great for couple appointments or parent/s and kid sessions.

Please, see below how to send the telehealth appointment link to additional participants:

If you have a client who requires a guardian to be present or a partner for interviewing, it is possible to just send a manual link to the client via email or SMS.

1. Simply navigate to the appointment within the calendar

2. Scroll down in the edit window to Client Link

3. Copy the link (either mark it or double click on it)

4. Sms or Email the participant the link separately

💡 Your client for who the appointment is made for, will continue to receive the SMS/Email if enabled. Ensure your templates include the telehealth placeholder. Read more about it here: Telehealth SMS or Email Reminder Template
