SMS has proven to be an extremely effective way to communicate with people compared to email. In this blog, you'll get to learn how you can use SMS through coreplus and how this can greatly impact a clientโ€™s experience and your overall business operation.

๐Ÿ˜€ "Allow client to upload documents" option in Client Portal settings can now be set to Mandatory

A mandatory toggle is now available for document upload in the Booking Form section of the Client Portal. This new feature will allow you to make referrals (or other required documentation) mandatory. Likewise, there will be an alert to notify the client when the document is not uploaded.

๐Ÿ˜€ Send a quick SMS to your clients on your waitlist

You are now able to send bulk SMS to your client waiting list. This new feature will allow you to quickly notify your waiting list when a last-minute cancellation comes through.

Keep a record of your client's interaction or create a reminder for a follow-up report/referral through coreplus' own Admin Notes!
