Adjusting your Client Portal, to make documents mandatory, can avoid clients to book an appointment without necessary documentation i.e. a referral.

You can restrict your Client Portal by following the below steps:

1. Go to Set up > Add Ons, from your main menu

2. Navigate to the Client Portal section

3. Select the Booking Form and click on EDIT

4. Scroll down and toggle on Mandatory next to 'allow clients to upload documents'

💡 Your clients can now not proceed with booking an appointment unless a document is uploaded
