1. From the calendar, click on New Appointment, in the Subject field, type in the event or list the unavailability, set the start and end times that you wish to block out of the calendar, then click Save.

💡 You don't need to create a client called meeting or unavailable for this to work

📝 Use appointment types to make it easier to see  when a practitioner is unavailable on the calendar

💡 If you're blocking an entire day, set the start and end times to the start and end times of your day so that your staff can visually see when you're unavailable
