It is possible to block out time in your calendar by simply creating an appointment.
💡 You don't need to create a client called meeting or unavailable for this to work
1. From the calendar, click on New Appointment
2. In the Subject field, type in the event or list the unavailability, set the start and end times that you wish to block out of the calendar,
3. Click Save.
💎 Use appointment types to make it easier to see when a practitioner is unavailable on the calendar. Simply create an appointment type called unavailable or meeting and dedicate a colour towards this appointment type
💡 If you're blocking an entire day, set the start and end times to the start and end times of your day so that your staff can visually see when you're unavailable
