There are defaults that you can set for your Appointment Type. This saves time by populating the practitioner, location, and appointment length quick and easy.

Appointment types also allow you to add a splash of colour to your appointments so you and the receptionists can have a better overview of your day!
Create Appointment Types
1. From the calendar, click on More then Appointment Types
2. Click on Add New, Enter the name, and set your options.
3. Then click Save to create the appointment type.
π‘ Setting the client group will automatically apply the appointment type to any client in the selected client group
Edit Appointment Types
1. From the calendar, click on More then Appointment Types
2. Click on the Appointment Types Description to edit the Appointment Type
3. Make any changes and click save
Delete Appointment Types
1. From the calendar, click on More then Appointment Types
2. Select 'delete' and confirm that you wish to proceed with deleting this appointment type

How can I delete a restricted Appointment Type?
Appointment types that are restricted are enabled under your Telehealth add-on. To delete appointment types currently associated with Telehealth by coreplus follow the below steps:
1. Go to Setup and select Add On
2. Open Telehealth by coreplus
3. Scroll down and disable the appointment type you wish to remove
4. Click on save.
Once disabled you can go back into the Calendar > More > Appointment types and delete the Appointment Type.
