Injuries and Charts allow you to record injuries and illnesses for a patient. Body charting can also be found in this section where you can annotate a body chart or an uploaded image of your choice.

1. Add an injury or illness

2. Edit or delete an injury or illness

1. From the client's file, click on Clinical
​2. Click on Injuries and Charts
​3. Click on Add Injury/Illness

4. Fill out the details and click Save

💡Select the paintbrush tool to draw on the body chart

1. From the Injuries and Charts section, navigate to the entry you wish to edit

2. Edit the details

3. Then click Update
