Case notes

Write and save clinical notes for a client's session.

Updated over 3 months ago

Case notes allow you to create notes from a client's session. You can insert images, audio files, and body charts into the case note, as well as apply templates to speed up note-taking time.

💡 Case notes comply with MedicoLegal standards and cannot be edited once saved. Consider using Draft Notes until you're ready to finalise the note.

🛑 Case notes may not save if the note contains special characters such as ' , / - & $ () {} | etc. Try removing these special characters and saving the note again.

1. From a client's file, click on Clinical
2. Type out your case note

3. Click File, then Save & Finalise or you can click the Save & Finalise button located towards the bottom

💡 Clicking Save as a draft will save the note to the Draft notes section
