But with our new SMS Inactive Clients Template, you can just save the template once and use it every time while sending an SMS to your inactive clients. This article will guide you through the whole process of setting up the template.
Please, follow the steps below to create an SMS template for inactive clients:
1. From the Dashboard, go to Setup > Settings
2. Under Templates, lick on SMS Inactive Client
3. Type in your message in the template and click Save
