You can connect your client portal to your social media platforms so that clients can make bookings from your website and your social media pages.

To reduce cancellations, you can set a time limit for minimum notice for cancellations. The client portal also allows you to include your privacy policies and terms and conditions in the booking portal.

Snapforms
Snapforms allows you to send digital forms to clients, and once the clients fill them out, the information will automatically be merged into the client's file. You can also send the forms to new clients, and upon filing out the form, a new client file will be created automatically in coreplus for that client. As a result, some extra admin work is spared.

Snapforms is a great tool to generate consent forms for your clients. A lot of times, it's essential that clients fill out a consent form before booking an appointment with you.
With Snapforms, you can send the clients a consent form which, upon completion, will guide them to your booking portal from where they can book an appointment at a suitable time. You'll have to Redirect your SnapForm to the Client Portal to enable this feature!
