You may have a practitioner call in sick, have an unexpected emergency, and need to close the practice for a day or let all clients know of a change of location. You can send a bulk SMS to all clients with appointments on a particular day.
Please follow the below steps to SMS all clients with an appointment on a particular calendar day:

β1. From the dashboard, click Communication > Send SMS
2. Click the orange + Sign next to the To field, then Calendar
3. Put in the date you want to contact > Then click on each client that appears in the list
β4. Click Done
β5. Write out your message in the text field and then click Send Message
π‘ When selecting the date, It may take a few moments to populate the list of names and contact numbers
