Often you may be required to provide a downloaded record of a client's case notes, perhaps for a court case or to forward to another practitioner.

In this guide, we will explain how to download a summary of your case notes.

Follow the steps below to download the case note history:
​
​1. Go to a Client File > Clinical > Case Notes

2. Ensure the Case Note History is showing
​3. Select the PDF icon to download
​
💡 The case notes will automatically be downloaded to your computer. Check your Downloads file if you are unable to find the file.
