Your potential client/s have now filled out the relevant forms and you are now ready to transfer them across to coreplus.
💡 You will need to ensure you have enabled the add on here first
Follow the steps below to transfer your clients from Katina to coreplus:
1. Locate the client you wish to upload to coreplus from the waitlist in Katina
2. Click on View on the right hand side
3. Select Send to transfer the client details to coreplus
4. Then click Export
5. Return to your coreplus account
6. Navigate to clients
7. Locate the required client and their profile will be set up automatically
