❗ You may remember creating a B2B device when originally transitioning across to PRODA/Web Services technology. This is what connects your PRODA account with coreplus. The B2B device expires every 6 months, you may have seen a banner at the top of your coreplus dashboard, or received an email or notification from Human Services. If you see this error when submitting Medicare claims:

Coreplus Exception - Get Authentication Settings - No active device found

This is likely the reason. Below is our guide on how to reactivate/re-create your B2B device for the next 6 months. The process should only take 2 -5 minutes.

✔️ Client CRN is now in the Client's Overview section of the client record

You can now obtain the client's CRN by going straight to the client's overview section of the client record to save time.

✔️ Missing suburb for postcode 6166 is now added in coreplus

To our WA friends, you can rest assured that suburb Lake Coogee is now reflected in postcode 6166 in all your accounts!

✔️ SMS' sent from Communications is now shown on Admin Notes

SMS sent via Communications > Send SMS are now shown on Admin Notes so that you can easily view the client's correspondence.
