Having trouble keeping track of your client portal bookings? You can just use our Booked Appointment report to identify all of your online bookings. This article will guide you through the whole process.
Please, follow the steps below to run a report for client portal bookings:
1. From the Dashboard, go to Reports > Calendar > Booked Appointments
2. Fill out the parameters and click Run Report
3. In the Booked by column, click on the bottom arrow to display the client portal bookings on the top
💡Client portal bookings do not have a user's name under the Booked by column
