🚀 New: Practice Performance Report!

We are delighted about our addition to our calendar suite of reports - the Practice Performance Report! This report will help you understand your client and appointment trends and will give insights into:

  • Your practice growth in the form of new clients in your practice

  • Your team's average retention rate which tells you how well you keep your clients over time

  • Your team's performance statistics to help you better understand how you can hone in on your client's experience

😀 Addition of Organisations to User Profile

We've added a list of organisations in the user profile section of your settings so that you can easily store and access your membership details. Check out how you can complete your Practitioner Profile here.

😀 A New error message pops up when the stored token is invalid when initiating online payments

For those users who are using Pin Payments, there is now an error message that will pop up warning you that the stored token of your client is invalid or has been deleted on Pin Payments.

😀 A new option to remove Stored Payment Details in coreplus

When navigating to the client's record > Overview, there is now an option to remove your client's payment details so that you can better manage their stored payment details.
