Let your client's get to know who they are booking an appointment with by setting up practitioner profiles.
 

  1. From the Dashboard, Click on Setup, Settings and then User Profile in Practice Profile

3. Complete profiles for all practitioners you want to publish to the client portal. Make sure to select the relevant speciality for each practitioner.

4. Scroll down and tick the checkbox for Publish to publish the practitioner's profile to the client portal and then click Save

💡 Each of the fields in the profile page serves a purpose.

Short Description: a brief bio of the practitioner to display on the portal

Mobile: the number to send a notification to once a booking has been made via the client portal (not displayed in the client portal)

Email: the email to send a notification to once a booking has been made via the client portal (not displayed in the client portal)

Profile Image: of the practitioner to display on the client portal

Specialities: Practitioner will only be available for the selected speciality in client portal

Publish: so that the practitioner will appear as available on your portal, un-tick to remove from the portal

Password: for security purposes, enter your coreplus password to validate the profile
