Improve your client's health journey with your practice by editing an appointment for them. An appointment can easily be edited within the calendar.
In order to edit an appointment, one needs to be created. You can find a step-by-step guide on how to make a new appointment here.
💡 IMPORTANT: Editing an appointment will NOT trigger an updated SMS reminder to your client. You can send them a manual SMS or if you need to change the date and time you can reschedule the appointment. You can read about the difference between editing and rescheduling here.
Editing the appointment
1. From the calendar section, double click on the appointment you wish to edit
2. You can proceed with editing the below appointment areas:
Appointment Type, Location, Room, Specialist, Date / Time, Referral, Options & Notes
3. Click Save to finalise editing the appointment.
