"I'm really sorry to do this, but can I reschedule my appointment?"
β
A change in a client's schedule evidently also means a change in their appointment with you. Reschedule your appointments the correct way, ensuring your data and changed appointment log is accurately maintained, and ensuring your client receives their SMS reminder for their rescheduled appointment.
β
π‘ IMPORTANT: There is a difference between editing and scheduling an appointment. When rescheduling an appointment a new SMS reminder is being sent out. When editing an appointment, no new SMS reminder will be sent out.
