When contacting us via chat or phone you may be asked to provide a client CRN number, so that we can assist you and troubleshoot any problems.

You can find a clients CRN by navigating to the Details/Referrers section of their file and looking for the field labelled 'CRN' or by simply following the steps below:

1. Open Client File

2. Click on Details/Referrers

3. You can see the CRN at the top of the Client Details Field
