You can create Client Groups to help categorise clients into custom groups of your creation.

๐ก Client Groups are predominantly used to identify a client's payment type: ie, Medicare, NDIS, Private, etc OR, the main issue the client is presenting with
๐ก Only one client group can be assigned per client
Creating a client group
1. Go to a client file
2. Navigate to Details/Referrer
3. Click on Edit next to Client Group
4. Select Add Group
Deleting a client group
1. Go to a client file
2. Navigate to Details/Referrer
3. Click Delete

๐กYou can only proceed with deleting a client group, once all clients are no longer linked to the client group
๐กIt's not possible to edit/modify client group names and details, they can only be added or deleted
