Conducting an instant backup of your clients is easy and best of all, free.

Your data is exported in a CSV (comma-separated values) file format which can easily be opened with a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.

💡 Only users with Supervisor level access can run data backups


Please follow the below steps to run an Instant Data Backup:


1. From the Client list, click Instant Backup in the top right, then click Okay, which will proceed to generate the data backup.
2. Once you've received your email, go to Setup, then Settings, under Administration click Data Backup, from here you should see the entry listed and available to download.


💡 The download button will appear 12 to 24 hours after you have requested the data backup - NOTE: As shown in the above image, the backup file is only available for download for 24 hours after being generated.
