Bringing you a wrap up of product development, improvements, new features, updates and more; everything that happened - 'Last Week'.

Let's get into it.

You can now link cancelled appointments to an invoice, previously a cancelled and billable appointment could have an invoice created for it, but the invoice would not have been 'linked'.

πŸ˜€ Default Marketing Source options now editable
You can now edit or delete our default listings of 'Internet Search' and 'Yellow Pages' in the Marketing Source section of the client file.

πŸ˜€ Suburbs listings updated
Barry, NSW 2799 - now added to list of suburbs to be used in client files.

πŸ› Account Admin users now appear on filters for new Calendar Reports

Your new Calendar Reports now have Accounts Admin users included in the filters. This can be used to determine who booked, cancelled, rescheduled appointments including no shows.

πŸ› Invoice populator now showing Telehealth video as contact type

We have rectified a bug where the invoice populator was not picking up Telehealth video as a contact type despite being set.

πŸ“° New post from guest blogger Annette Tonkin: 'Keeping Your Patients On Track'

Annette is an ex Olympic physio with 30 yrs experience in private practice and author of "The Change Begins With You" and "Motivating Patients in Physiotherapy". Because of her experience and influence of the late Geoff Mainland under whom she studied for a year, she learnt that to be an outstanding clinician, you also need to excel in the 'soft skills' of managing patients. By complimenting her physio training with her post graduate study in NLP, Clean Language and Motivational Interviewing she's able to educate clinicians on life changing communication strategies.
