Last Week - Edition Four, 13th July 2020

Welcome to our weekly newsletter

Updated over 4 years ago

This is the fourth edition of our weekly newsletter. Bringing you a wrap up of product development, improvements, new features, updates and more; everything that happened - 'Last Week'.

Let's get into it.

πŸš€ Admin and Case Manager feature permissions updated to access Add Ons

Supervisors on an account can now enable Admin and Case Manager users to have access to Add On settings. Get your reception team or colleagues to set up your online bookings, manage Medicare or any other Add On requirements. A huge tick for feature permissions!

πŸ˜€ New 'exclude paid invoices' filter on Medicare Claim Status 'rejected' report
You can now filter out paid invoices in your claim status Medicare report for easier reconciliation. Historically, if an invoice had an error (162 etc.) then was manually paid, it would still appear in this report.

πŸ˜€ Update to Medicare expiry date field format in client file

We have updated the required date format from DD/MM/YYYY to MM/YYYY to be entered in a client's file to conform with the Medicare card expiry standard.

πŸ› Update to appointment export in data backup

Any data backup for appointment export that includes appointment notes with tabbed spaces, have been replaced with 4 space characters for visually ease and a better formatted export file.

πŸ“° New post from guest blogger Kaye Frankcom: 'The Corona Pivot: Private Psychology Practice in the time of COVID-19 (part 1)'

A COVID flavoured instalment tailored for the psychologists and mental health practitioners of coreplus but definitely applicable to all allied health practitioners during this time.

πŸ–₯️ Developer centre documentation updated with 'Get' cancellation reason endpoint

Sandbox coreplus developers working on add ons and integrations now have access to documentation for the cancellation reason endpoint.
