Welcome to the very first edition of what will be our weekly newsletter - bringing you a wrap up of product development, improvements, new features, updates and more; everything that happened - 'Last Week' (we try and keep it simple).

πŸ˜€ Feature permissions for users updated to the calendar 'waitlist' functionality

An update has been made to ensure user based feature permissions are applied to visibility of clients in the calendar waitlist feature, ensuring only those required to see the client's details do.

πŸ˜€ 'Preferred Name' field added to Client API Endpoints

To accompany the recent 'Preferred Name' field in the client file release, we have updated our Client API Endpoints and Developer website documentation to allow for this field to be available for future Add Ons as well as data imports

πŸ› Improvements to Client Search for clients with preferred name

A bug has been resolved which impacted the result when searching for a client in the Dashboard'client search. Those clients who have a preferred name added will now also appear in the result list.

πŸ˜€ 'Preferred Name' column added to data backup

Now whenever you run a data backup, the client's 'Preferred Name' will also be part of the extract

πŸ› Copying a 'Teleconsult' appointment will now create the meeting URL for the copied appointment

Issues with the URL not appearing once the appointment has been copied have been resolved
