Run the appointment cancellation report to get greater insights into why clients are choosing to cancel their appointments

Welcome the newest report to the suite of Calendar Reports in coreplus - Appointment Cancellations! 

Run this report to identify cancellation trends in your practice (and serial canceling offenders) to build a better understanding of just WHY clients are canceling their appointments. 

This is a great way to get insight into any initiatives that you and your team could implement to ensure clients commit and attend their appointments.


Please follow the below steps to run the Calendar Cancellation Report:


1. From your Dashboard go to Reports > Calendar
2. Select the Cancellation report, apply the date range and filters you require, and click Generate
3. The results show each appointment canceled in detail, with the reason for cancellation and any associated notes.

💡 There is an option to export the report via CSV as well
