The Practice Performance is designed to provide practice managers and practice owners with a tool to better understand areas of their business operations that can be optimized and team members and practice locations that may require extra support.
This report is centered around Client and Appointment activity. The Practice Performance report will display the below data filtered by Site and by Practitioner (at the Site) as well as provide a Practice accounts totals.
You may want to use this report to:
Set Key Performance Indicators for your team; Example: maintain a % Attendance of 80% or higher.
Reference team member performance and define professional development methods.
Identify appointment trends related to Sites and Practitioners.
Supplement other data to produce financial forecasts.

Generating the report
1. Click on Reports > Dashboard > Calendar > Practice Performance
2. Set your date range, sites, and practitioners (if required to breakdown for a specific location or practitioner)
3. Click Run Report
Breakdown of all the terms/columns
# New Clients – provides a count of the number of new client records created in your coreplus account within the defined date range of the report generation
# New Client Appt – provides a count of the number of new client (first) appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation
# New Client Billable Appt – provides a count of the number of new client (first) appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Billable” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
# New Client Attended – provides a count of the number of new client (first) appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Attended” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
% New Client Attended – provides your percentage attendance rate for new client appointments. It takes the total number of new client appointments marked as “Attended” and divides this number by the total number of new client appointment that were scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation.
Total # Appt - provides a count of the total number of client appointments that are scheduled on date within the defined date range of the report generation.
Total # Billable Appt - provides a count of the total number of client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Billable” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
# Attended – provides a count of the number of new client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Attended” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
% Attended – provides your percentage attendance rate for all client appointments. It takes the total number of client appointments marked as “Attended” and divides this number by the total number of client appointments that were scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation.
Total # Clients – provides you a count of the total number of clients assigned to Case Managers within your coreplus account for all time.
Total # Attended Appt – provides you a count of the total number of appointments marked as “Attended” in the “edit Appointment” screen for all time.
Average Retention Rate – provides you a value equal to the total number of appointments marked as “Attended” for all time and divides this number by the total number of clients within your coreplus account.Example: Practitioner A is assigned as the “Case Manager” for 100 Clients in your coreplus account and has a count of 400 appointments that are marked as “Attended” in the “Edit Appointment” screen. Therefore, 400 attended appointments divided by 100 assigned clients equals an attendance rate of 4.0
# New Cancelled – provides a count of the number of new client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Cancelled” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
# Total Cancelled - provides a count of the total number of client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Cancelled” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
# New DNA – provides a count of the number of new client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “No Show” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
# Total DNA – provides a count of the total number of client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “No Show” in the “Edit Appointment” screen.
# New Reschedules – provides a count of the number of new client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Rescheduled” in the “Edit Appointment” screen and progressed through the workflow to save and complete the rescheduling of an appointment.
# Total Reschedules – provides a count of the total number of client appointments that are scheduled on a date within the defined date range of the report generation and that are marked as “Rescheduled” in the “Edit Appointment” screen and progressed through the workflow to save and complete the rescheduling of an appointment.
