This article will help you learn about how to link referrers to particular clinics.

​There are two different ways you can link referrers to clinics.

Referrers that have not been assigned to clinics will show up on the clinic's page under Unknown Clinic (which will always stay at the top of the clinic's page by default).

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Setup > Referrers > Clinic tab and click on Unknown Clinic
​2. Click on the referrer you wish to link the clinic to and click on Link Clinic
​3. You can either type into the search bar details of the clinic you wish to link which will bring a drop-down of matching clinics you can choose from. Alternatively, click on Add Clinic to add a new clinic details
​4. If a clinic is chosen from the search bar, tick the checkbox (if referrer details are the same as the clinic's). Once fields have been populated, click Save to finish linking the clinic to your referrer
​5. If creating a new clinic, simply fill in the relevant details and click Save.

💡 When linking a clinic through Workflow 1, the referrer is automatically removed from Unknown Clinic.

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Setup > Referrers > Referrers Tab

2. Choose which referrer you wish to link a clinic to

3. Once in the Referrer details page, click on Link Clinic

4. From here, you can either type into the search bar details of the clinic you wish to link which will bring a drop-down of matching clinics you can choose. Alternatively, click on Add Clinic to add a new clinic details

5. If a clinic is chosen from the search bar, tick the checkbox > Once fields have been populated, click Save

6. If creating a new clinic, simply fill in the relevant details and click Save.

💡 When linking clinics through referrer page, the referrer will still stay in the Unknown Clinic page and must be removed manually. This is not necessary when following Workflow 1, when the clinic is linked from the Unknown Clinic page

6. Once the clinic is linked, click the drop-down for Unknown Clinic and click Edit details

7. In the following page, set the Status to Inactive to remove the referrer from the Unknown Clinic. Click Save to finish
