Added a troubleshoot your Medicare claim button to the Medicare claim status and daily reconciliation reports. 

Fixed: Some users were experiencing issues generating invoices as a PDF. This has been fixed: If you experienced any issues, you'll be able to download your invoices now.

Fixed: Some credit cards were not automatically being processed for the monthly invoices do to an update with the invoicing software. This has now been fixed: Credit cards should be processed automatically next month.
