Allow your clients to book appointments with practitioners relevant to the service they want by setting up practitioner profiles. This also allows the clients to know who exactly they're booking the appointment with.

Set up your Practitioner Profile


1. From the Dashboard, click on Setup > Settings > User Profile

2. Complete profiles for all practitioners you want to publish to the client portal. Make sure to select the relevant Specialty for each practitioner.

3. Scroll down and tick the checkbox for Publish to publish the practitioner's profile to the client portal and then click Save

💡 You will need to have a Clinician or Practitioner position selected as a prerequisite for the Specialties to appear. You can have multiple positions ticked.



Breakdown of all the fields

  • Short Description: A brief bio of the practitioner to display on the portal.

  • Mobile: The number to send a notification to once a booking has been made via the client portal (not displayed in the client portal).

  • Email: The email to send a notification to once a booking has been made via the client portal (not displayed in the client portal).

  • Profile Image: Of the practitioner to display on the client portal.

  • Specialties: The practitioner will only be available for the selected specialty in the client portal.

  • Publish: The practitioner will appear as available on your portal, un-tick to remove from the portal.

  • Password: For security purposes, enter your coreplus password to validate the profile.
