Pricing Options

When you first login, you'll be taken into a freemium account, trailing our eHealth plan. You can change this at anytime by selecting the 'Try another version' from the top of the page.


  • Free with no time limit

  • Maximum of 20; invoices, appointments, clients and SMS'


  • Cost $5.00 per practitioner and $0.00 per admin per month 

  • Calendar and appointments 

  • Electronic client records 

  • Free help and support


In addition to the features on Basic

  • Cost $25 per practitioner and $0.00 per admin per month

  • Free data migration

  • Invoicing

  • Financial reporting  


In addition to the features on Standard

  • Cost $45 per practitioner and $0.00 per admin per month

  • Free Medicare and DVA processing 

  • Integrated Secure Message Delivery

Note: All prices are based on a monthly subscription and are exclusive of GST. Displayed prices are applicable to new accounts. Pricing is current at the time of viewing and subject to change. SMS usage charges are in addition to subscription.

Changing your subscription

💡 Only an account supervisor can make plan changes.

1. Click on My Account from the Dashboard             
2. Click on Change or Subscribe from the subscription section
