coreplus' Group Bookings feature allows you to add multiple attendees to an appointment which can be very useful for couple sessions and also for kids whose parents are required to be present in the appointment.

1. From the Dashboard, go to Calendar > More > Group Bookings

2. Click on Add Booking and fill out all the details

3. To add Attendees, click on Select next to Attendees and then click on Add Attendees > enter the client's name under Client Name > tick Billable > Save. You can click on Add Attendees again to add more clients to the appointment

4. Click on Save Booking to finalise the booking

💡 Invoices cannot be created for Group bookings. You'll have to create invoices for the clients manually via Client file > Invoicing > Create Invoice

💡 Group bookings do not send SMS reminders. As a workaround, you can book clients on the same date and time, that way the reminders will be sent. You will get a warning saying App Conflict at the bottom, just click on click here to continue and the appointment will be booked.

1. From the Dashboard, go to Calendar and click on New Appointment

2. Next to Subject, enter the name of the client and select them from the drop-down.

3. Click on the subject field again and click on + next to Additional Attendees and add another client. More clients can be added by following the same steps.

4. Enter all the other relevant details in the appointment and click Save.

💡 If you try to create invoices directly from an appointment with multiple attendees, then it'll only generate an invoice for the client who was added first in the subject field. You'll have to create invoices for the rest of the clients manually via Client file > Invoicing > Create Invoice
