Is there a report that tells me how many appointments i've had between two dates?

Yes, you can use the Reports > Calendar > Booked Appointments Report. You can filter the last 6 months, past month, today, next month, and next 6 months, or select between two date ranges. You can also refine the report via appointment status, booked for, booked by and client groups.


Can I export a report to a .CSV file to use in Excel?

Yes, on the majority of reports in coreplus, you can Download the report as a .CSV file.

If the document opens as a text document once downloaded, this is fine. You can simply right click > open with > Excel or from Excel go to File > Open > Select the report.


Can I see who has created an invoice/made changes in a client file?

Yes, you can track your employees or view a log of sent client SMS/email reminders and other events taken place in coreplus.


You can access the Events reports via Dashboard > Reports > Event/SMS > Client Events

From here, you can filter the report by date, client group, users and events.



Can I keep track of payments from Medicare, for reconciliation purposes?

Yes, The Daily Reconciliation Report will allow you to view the payment and processing information retrieved from Medicare for Bulk Bill and DVA claims.


Can I get all my coreplus data downloaded to my computer?

Yes, there are many reasons why as a practitioner you would request your data, either to store it as a backup or present for an ongoing legal trial. Conducting a data backup of your coreplus account is easy and best of all, free. Select the specific data type that you want to backup or do it all.

Your data is exported in a CSV (comma-separated values) file format which can easily be opened within a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.


💡 Only users with Supervisor level access can run data backups
