Sending a quick SMS to your clients on your waitlist

In case a client cancels their appointment or reschedules it, you may want to contact your waitlist to book them in for that time slot.


Please, follow the below steps to communicate with your waitlist:

1. Go to Communications, on the main menu

2. Navigate to Send SMS

3. Select the orange +

4. Navigate to the pop-up window on the right-hand side

5. Select the Waitlist tab

6. Click on the clients you wish to notify and click Done

7. Adjust your message to your clients and click on Send Message

πŸ’‘ You can further filter the waitlist by using the magnifying glass πŸ”Ž. You can filter the list by name, group, or mobile
