Send a quick SMS to your clients on your waitlist

If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment, you can contact your waitlist to fill that time slot, helping you avoid empty spots in your schedule.


The below steps will show you how to quickly and efficiently contact your waitlist via SMS:

1. Go to Communications on the main menu

2. Navigate to Send SMS

3. Select the orange +

4. Navigate to the pop-up window on the right-hand side

5. Select the Waitlist tab

6. Click on the clients you wish to notify and click Done

7. Adjust your message to your clients and click on Send Message
