Marking your clients appointment as attended via the calendar or within the appointment

Editing appointments is one of the core functions in coreplus. The calendar has multiple functions to ensure best practice.

When you need to mark a client as attended there are two ways to do this. This article outlines marking the appointment attended from the calendar or marking the appointment attended within the edit function.

Marking the appointment attended from the Calendar

Once the patient has arrived, you can mark the patient's appointment as attended. You can do it in two ways:

1. Go to From the Calendar,

2. Right-click on the client's appointment

3. Use the pop-up menu and select Mark as attended.

The appointment is now marked as attended.


Marking the appointment attended within the edit function

1. Go to the Calendar,

2. Double click on the client's appointment,

3. Scroll down to the end of the edit appointment section

4. Tick the Attended field, and click on Save.

The appointment is now marked as attended.

πŸ’‘ You can always go back and edit an existing appointment and un-tick attended if the client can no longer attend the appointment.
