You will be able to add appointment type as a placeholder for your SMS and Email templates with a new communication feature coming out very soon. BETA access users can add appointment types now.

😀 Appointment time in email reminders now showing in client's timezone

For better clarity for your clients, appointment reminders via email with the time placeholder will show the time of the appointment in the client's timezone rather than in the practitioner's.

😀 Debtor report now showing results with provider on invoice
You will now have better financial (and statistical) clarity with an update to the debtors report that now shoes invoices based on the provider assigned on the invoice, rather than the clients assigned case manager.
