Bringing you a wrap up of product development, improvements, new features, updates and more.

Let's get into it.

🐛 Buttons in Calendar Report now working

You can now use the button for filtering in the booked appointment report relating to appointment status. Interested in what kind of calendar reports we have? Check it out.

😀 Timezone in User Session Tracking Report updated

Your local timezone is now reflected in the user session tracking report so that you can easily determine when an event was saved. This was previously recorded in AEST. Curious what your users are doing in your account? Check it out.

😀 Change in behaviour of online payment button

The online payment button will show as disabled when the total amount owning is different from the initial value of the invoice. This is so that Pin Payments are only able to be processed once the invoice is saved/updated. Want to know what easy and convenient payments are like? Read about our integration with Pin Payments.

coreplus has been a leader in Australia’s digital health innovation landscape and this leadership has remained focused on connecting, helping and growing Australia’s Allied Healthcare provider community. Designing eReferral programs and pathways is an entirely new realm of possibility when applying digital health thinking. And coming up with novel ways to match demand with supply will continue to be a differentiator in coreplus’ digital health network strategy. The integration between coreplus and Cyber Clinic represents a novel approach to eReferrals for mental healthcare providers. This topic and more are discussed in a video extract from a recent podcast discussion between Yianni Serpanos and Dr Qusai Hussain about Precision mental health therapy and innovative eReferral matching - Dr Qusai Hussain. Dr Qusai Hussain is the Founder and CEO of Cyber Clinic, an online mental healthcare clinic providing quality therapeutic matching, online video consultations and measurement supporting outcomes anywhere, anytime.
